The Aspen Tree in partnership with Baycrest, brings a wealth of knowledge in aging and cognitive health. Through a holistic approach, The Aspen Tree provides a continuum of care throughout the older adult’s lives, from primary through to palliative care.

Baycrest’s expertise comes to life through an innovative model of lifetime care that allows elders to age in place with fulfilment and purpose, with world-class health and wellness facilities and services at their doorstep.

Forming the foundations of The Aspen Tree’s model of care, services are specifically designed and integrated to address health issues in older adults to answer 4 key dimensions of wellness; physical, emotional, social and cognitive.

The Health & Brain Center aims to maintain and optimize cognitive abilities, preventing early-onset dementia and delay the progression of age-related degenerative conditions.
