1. Carrot CeleryJuice: Nourishing blood system
Ingredients: 800 grams of small pieces of celery/ 300 grams of small pieces of cucumber/ 800 grams of carrot, peels, thinly sliced/ 1 apple/ 240 milliliter of pineapple juice
Instructions
· Blend celery, cucumber, carrot and apple until puree and squeeze the juice through straining cloth.
· Pour the blended celery juice to the glass, mix with pineapple juice and ready to drink.

Ingredients: 500 grams of cooked corn seeds/ 200 milliliter of plain milk/ 1.5 liter of water/ a pinch of salt
Instructions
· Blend cooked corn seeds with ½ liter of water until puree.
· Pour 1 liter of water in the pot with corn puree and boil over the heat.
· Add plain milk and pinch of salt, stir it until boiling then turn off the heat and leave it awhile to serve it as hot or put in the freeze to serve it as cold.
3. Black Sesame Drink : Prevent osteoporosis, Lower level of blood cholesterol, Prevent beriberi and Constipation.
Ingredients: 100 of grams toasted black sesame/ 2 cups of water/ 40 grams of brown sugar
Instructions
· Blend toasted black sesame with water and filter only black sesame drink.
· Simmer black sesame drink with low heat, add brown sugar, stir until boiling then turn off the heat to leave it warm and serve or freeze it and serve as cold.
