23–26 May 2022, Singapore – The Aspen Tree community for older adults by MQDC joined the “Ageing Asia 2022 - World Ageing Festival”, where it was represented by its President, Ms. Hye June Park.
Ms. Park spoke on The Aspen Tree’s concept of “A Community for Healthy Living & Lifetime Care” with holistic services for every resident.
The community of 290 residences is at The Forestias, a new forested district across 157 acres at Bangna designed in every aspect for health and happiness.
The Aspen Tree’s distinctive focus on “Holistic Lifetime Care” attracted interest from the media and potential customers, who will visit at the end of June.
The Aspen Tree is a healthy living community with lifetime care for residents of 50 and over. The project combines residences with holistic services as Thailand’s first and Southeast Asia’s finest community for older adults.
The home ownership concept includes, in addition to lifetime residency, a lifetime service package with healthcare and wellness services, housekeeping services, and catering for special dietary needs.
Residents also enjoy communal dining areas. The Clubhouse hosts social activities such as art and crafts workshops and health and fitness programs. The Health & Brain Center can provide specialized medical services, if needed.
Ageing Asia 2022 – World Ageing Festival was held virtually on 23-27 May and in-person on 24-25 May in Singapore. Since its launch in 2009, Ageing Asia Innovation Forum (AAIF) and Exhibition has grown into an annual meeting place for 5,000 global eldercare leaders and baby boomers.
The festival claims to be the biggest international aging week. By 2025, the Asia-Pacific aging market is projected at US$4.56 trillion.
