The Forest Pavilion at The Forestias has won “Gold” in the “Commercial” category of the ASA Architectural Design Awards for 2022, held by The Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage (ASA).

7 April 2022, Bangkok – The Forest Pavilion at The Forestias has won “Gold” in the “Commercial” category of the ASA Architectural Design Awards for 2022, held by The Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage (ASA).

The competition recognizes outstanding architectural design that enhances quality of life, the environment, and society. The awards support high-quality projects and bring them to public attention.

The Forest Pavilion welcomes visitors to The Forestias, a forested district across 64 hectares at Bangna. The new neighborhood features 4 residential concepts: Whizdom, Mulberry Grove, The Aspen Tree, and Six Senses set in 56% green space with a host of lifestyle amenities.

The Forest Pavilion’s design promotes sustainability, nature, and well-being in tune with the district’s design in every aspect for healthy, happy living.

Two green areas on the roof help reduce solar gain by over 40%. A central open-air corridor brings visitors through to the forest at the district’s heart.

This latest award adds to an impressive series of recognitions for The Forestias, achieved with collaboration from Foster + Partners through its local entity F&P (Thailand) Ltd.

The IFLA ASIA-PAC LA Awards recently honored the Forest Pavilion with an “Award of Excellence” in the category of “Real Estate & Show Flats”. Outstanding Property Award London (OPAL) recognized the welcome center as a “Platinum Winner” in the category of “Landmarks, Symbolic Structures”.
