The Forestias Wins at Thailand Green Design Awards 2021-2022

The Forestias won “Green Honorary Award 2022” in the category “Conservation and Consideration for Environment” from Thailand Green Design Awards 2021-2022 (TGDA) by Kasetsart University’s Kasetsart Agricultural and Agro-Industrial Product Improvement Institute.

9 August 2022, Bangkok – The Forestias won “Green Honorary Award 2022” in the category “Conservation and Consideration for Environment” from Thailand Green Design Awards 2021-2022 (TGDA) by Kasetsart University’s Kasetsart Agricultural and Agro-Industrial Product Improvement Institute.

The award was presented by Dr. Chongrak Watcharinrat, Rector of Kasetsart University, to Mr. Kittiphun Ouiyamaphun, President of The Forestias by MQDC, at the Fashion Hall on the 1st floor of Siam Paragon.

TGDA is judged by experts and leading figures from many fields, including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Singh Intrachooto, Asst. Prof. Dr. Anothai Cholachatpinyo, M.L. Kathathong Thongyai, Mr. Kittirat Pitipanich, Mr. Chaiyong Ratana-Angkura, Dr. Sittha Sukkasi, and Ms. Khemupsorn Sirisukha.

TGDA promotes creative and eco-friendly products in 3 categories: 1. Energy Saving, 2. Resources Efficiency, and 3. Life Enhancement. Honorary awards are given to those who inspire environmental concern, enhance quality of life, and promote CSR, at an individual, group, agency, or organization level.

The Forestias is Thailand’s largest development. The 398-rai forested district at Bangna-Trad KM7 dedicates 56% of its area to green space in a neighborhood designed in every aspect for healthy, happy living.
