8 January 2019, Singapore - The Aspen Tree, MQDC's specialist in communities and services for older adults, featured in the December edition of the journal of the Ageing Asia Alliance, a regional industry network for eldercare.
The Aspen Tree President Ms Hye-June Park gave a 2-page interview, sharing details of the brand's upcoming luxury community in Bangkok.
With a goal of providing 'aging-in-place', The Aspen Tree will establish global best practice while introducing "something essentially new", she explains.
"In Thailand, for example, we are in a unique position to build a service philosophy that truly excels globally," she told the journal.
"Through MQDC's expertise in mixed-use development, we can also innovate in connecting older adults with nature, family, and society."
The Aspen Tree's launch community will be at MQDC's The Forestias, a 119-acre green district on the outskirts of Bangkok at Bangna.
The premium community will implement the company's full vision for residents who seek the most exclusive lifestyles.
Low- and high-rise condominiums will be integrated with a 5,000sqm clubhouse and buildings for high care, rehab, and day care. Nearby, within The Forestias, will be a medical centre and a hospital.
