A group of young Chinese investors has visited Whizdom 101, an innovative mixed-use project on Sukhumvit Soi 101 featuring 'Smart City' and energy-saving technologies. Led by Dr. Phaichit Viboontanasarn (2nd from right), Secretary General of the Thai Chamber of Commerce in China, the 15 entrepreneurs were welcomed by Mr. Raj Tanta-Nanta (3rd from left), President of DTGO, and Mr. Suttha Ruengchaipaiboon (1st from left), President of MQDC, and briefed on Thai real estate and DTGO's operations and projects. Whizdom 101 is among seven projects shortlisted to compete in the second round of the Ministry of Energy's 'Smart Cities-Clean Energy' award. Smart City technology involves using information and communication technology (ICT) and the Internet of Things (IoT) to manage assets. Whizdom 101 is intended to provide an innovation hub to create Southeast Asia's first complete and integrated digital society.
