Phase 1: Model House
Completion of the model house continues with system installation, building assembly, and interior and exterior decorations. Work is also underway on common areas, gardens, landscaping, and the club. Construction work on the roof has begun. Shutters and glass are being installed. Equipment is being installed in the playground and outdoor gym.

Piling and roads within the project are 100% complete. Construction of the house structures is now starting.
