The Forestias continues construction with over 98% of the roads within the project now completed. Asphalt surface coating will be applied to their concrete structures closer to the project’s opening date. Bike lanes and walkway are now 85% complete with the construction of their concrete structure. Some paving work remains to be done, along with some underground elements in the southern part of the project. Road construction is on schedule for building the residential projects of The Forestias: Whizdom condominiums, Mulberry Grove villas and condominiums, and The Aspen Tree condominiums.
