The Forestias utility systems run in tunnels under its roads to facilitate maintenance.
The project has now completed 100% of the pipes that will deliver cold water at 5.5°C through these tunnels to all its buildings, including residences, hotels, and retail areas.
Pipes to supply water for suppressing fires are also 100% complete. The system, which meets NFPA standards, can feed sprinklers across the project and in forest areas. The project is unique in Thailand in using this system.
A ventilation system and CCTV cameras are also 100% complete. A WiFi system and flood protection for the tunnels carrying fire-suppression pipes are currently being installed.
