The North Plot’s main road is 100% complete. The road runs above a tunnel and has deep foundations for stability. Tree planting is also complete. Trees along both sides are now beginning to provide shade and reduce temperatures.
The road surface combines asphalt with plastic waste to reduce the use of natural latex, saving resources yet ensuring strength and durability.
The crosswalk is level with the sidewalk on both sides so cars slow down and pedestrians can cross safely.
