9 September 2022, Khao Yai – MQDC has launched a forest flood monitoring system centered at the Security Operation Center (SOC) at its Magnolias French Country villas and U Khao Yai hotel.
The system will send flood alerts and set up safeguards to protect and reassure residents, hotel guests, operational staff, and local villagers.
SOC’s forest monitoring service involves MQDC’s Research & Innovation for Sustainability Center (RISC), Internet of Things (IoT), Courtesy Service, Property Management, and Central Security teams.
Parent group DTGO assisted with its joint venture Obotrons, specialized in automation.
MQDC plans its security under its philosophy of “For All Well-Being” for the health and well-being of all residents.
Magnolias French Country features 18 exclusive villas inspired by Provencal architecture and set in woodland by shimmering rivers and lakes at Khao Yai National Park.
Residents enjoy onsite facilities at the U Khao Yai luxury boutique resort.
