Founder
Thippaporn Ahriyavraromp is the Founder of MQDC (Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited) and the Founder and Chairman of the Executive Committee of DTGO, its parent group.
She is known as a business leader and philanthropist who has set out to achieve ambitious social and environmental goals, building a community of smart and good-hearted people who care for the world at large.
She founded DTGO in 1993 to integrate societal contribution with business success through companies such as MQDC. She is also the founder and Chairperson of Buddharaksa Foundation and Dhanin Tawee Chearavanont Foundation.

Mr. Visit Malaisirirat is an acknowledged expert in real estate planning and management, in account and finance management, and in project management of societal contribution initiatives.
He has held a variety of senior executive and financial management roles at MQDC’s parent group DTGO during a two-decade career within the organization.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Accountancy from Thammasat University anda master’s in Economics from the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA).

RUENGCHAIPHAIBOON
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Suttha Ruengchaipaiboon has held senior roles at MQDC for 12 years and has over 30 years of expertise in managing large-scale developments.
He has managed mixed-use, transit-oriented development (TOD), and sustainable city projects across the United States and Asia.
He holds a master’s degree in construction engineering and management from the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) in Chicago.
