Plots near BTS skytrain or MRT subway stations, including extensions, and close to communities and large malls

MIXED-USE PROJECTS

Plots of 5 - 15 rai

Plots near BTS skytrain or MRT subway stations, including extensions, and close to communities and large malls. The land should be close to a public road and at least 30 meters in width within the outer ring road or at least 100 meters in width if further from the center

HOUSE PROJECTS

Plots of 10 - 30 rai

Plots close to a public road and at least 10 meters in width within the outer ring road or at least 16 meters in width in the following locations:
