10 April 2023, Bangkok – The Estate (Thailand) by MQDC will work with KogoPAY Group, a Thai fintech company headquartered in the UK, to help over 1 million Thais living abroad to buy retirement properties in Thailand.

The Estate is an MQDC unit focused on property consultancy, rental, and resale, offering homeowners a full range of services for quality of life.

The initiative targets Thais in France, Germany, Switzerland, the UK, other European countries, and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.

Dr. Narisa Chauvidul-Aw, CEO & Founder of KogoPAY Group, said the company will help Thai expats purchase property in Thailand more conveniently, quickly, and economically through convenient, fast, and economical remittance and transaction services.
