Overall construction for phase 1
Construction of the glass and aluminum building facade is underway, as well as interior and exterior work.

Piling work is now near completion with work underway for external roads. In building structure work, concrete is being poured for the basement carpark. Preparation is underway for pouring concrete for 1st and 2nd floor structures.
