Phase 1: Model House
Completion of the model house continues with system installation, building assembly, and interior and exterior decorations. Work is also underway on common areas, gardens, landscaping, and the club. Construction work on the roof has begun. Shutters and glass are being installed. Equipment is being installed in the playground and outdoor gym.

Structural work continues with the completion of concrete pouring on level 7 (mockup floor). Architectural work is progressing with the installation of TEXCA wall on level 5. MEP work continues in parallel with architectural work.
Other work includes the wastewater treatment pond (95% complete), retention tank (100%), and the installation of 2 tower cranes and 2 sets of passenger lifts for construction support.
