The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report for The Aspen Tree The Forestias received approved on 18 November 2019. The project received its construction permit on 25 December 2019. With the completion of piling for the entire area (Zone A - 100%, Zone B - 100%), the project is now ready to start construction.
