The Health & Brain Center offers a quiet but connected place for residents in need of a higher level of health and home care. Under state-of-the-art care models, residents live and are cared for within intimate and residential-scaled “households” of 12 residents each, fully breaking from the old norm of cold and impersonal institutional medical care.

Care options will include memory care, long-term care, and short-term rehab. The Health & Brain Center also houses two unique program elements, the Center for Geriatric Excellence and the Adult Day Care Center, which will be innovative anchors of specialty wellness and healthcare services for older adults.
