RISC Presents “The Forestias” at Thammasat University

MQDC’s Research & Innovation for Sustainability Center (RISC) presented on “Sustainability in Architectural Project Development” at Thammasat University.

25 January 2023, Bangkok – MQDC’s Research & Innovation for Sustainability Center (RISC) presented on “Sustainability in Architectural Project Development” at Thammasat University.

Ms. Saritorn Amornjaruchit, Assistant Vice President of RISC, spoke on “The Forestias: Sustainnovation & Well-Being” to 23 master’s students from the Faculty of Architecture and Planning.

The Forestias is a 398-rai forest neighborhood at Bangna-Trad KM7 designed and built in every aspect for health and happiness.

She explained the new district’s innovations for sustainability and well-being.

RISC is a research hub set up by MQDC in 2017 to develop and spread new approaches in property development.

The Forestias offers diverse residential concepts in a sustainable district.

The community features outstanding leisure, retail, culture, education, and healthcare facilities, all linked by convenient green transport.
