To ensure that the MQDC 30-Year Warranty provides long-term quality of life for MQDC residents, our Premium Care team offers maintenance, repairs, and advice throughout the 30-year period.

ANNUAL RESIDENCE CHECKUP

In following years, there will then be a checkup once a year until 30 years are completed.

Repair service for problems covered by the warranty. Advice for self-repair on problems uncovered by the warranty.

REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE BY THE WARRANTY

Repair service during habitation in accordance with the terms of the 30-year warranty. The service includes repair work both during and outside of the annual home checkup cycle by expert technicians from the project. When experiencing problems that affect the daily living, the homeowner can immediately notify the project without waiting for an annual home checkup, such as broken pipe work and rain leaks. MAINTENANCE RECORD KEEPING

We keep a record of repair services and checkups with an IT database system to follow up on maintenance and assess the health of the home in a timely manner. Our maintenance record keeping helps us analyze the causes of problems and forecast repair work effectively.
