MQDC won a “People’s Choice Award” as one of the 10 Thai property brands most appreciated by consumers, reviewed by an independent panel of industry experts.

23 September 2024, Bangkok – MQDC won a “People’s Choice Award” as one of the 10 Thai property brands most appreciated by consumers, reviewed by an independent panel of industry experts.

MQDC develops residential, mixed-use, and themed projects under brands including The Forestias, Magnolias, Whizdom, The Aspen Tree, and Mulberry Grove with a commitment to human and environmental well-being.

PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards & Events introduced the People’s Choice Awards in Thailand in July 2024. The award lets homebuyers support projects that meet their needs. Thais voted online for their favorite developers from 26 July to 9 August.

Ten brands received People’s Choice Awards for project quality, brand reputation, and consumer satisfaction. The trophies were presented at the 19th annual PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards.
