February 2023, Bangkok – MQDC is pressing on with construction of the “Town Center”, a key area at The Forestias to build its happy, vibrant, family-friendly community.

The “Town Center” will connect all generations at The Forestias, bringing families closer through daily life, events, entertainment, and other activities.

With an investment value of over 20 billion baht, the “Town Center” covers 46 rai at The Forestias, which is set to open by the end of 2023.

The Forestias is Thailand’s largest development. The 398-rai forested district at Bangna-Trad KM7 dedicates 56% of its area to green space in a neighborhood designed in every aspect for healthy, happy living.
