RISC Researcher Wins WELL Award

Research & Innovation for Sustainability Center (RISC), an MQDC research hub to raise standards in building design and development, continues to work closely with the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). 

20 June 2023, Bangkok – Research & Innovation for Sustainability Center (RISC), an MQDC research hub to raise standards in building design and development, continues to work closely with the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). 

Ms. Phetcharin Phongphetkul, a RISC Senior Sustainable Designer, has won a “2022 IWBI Award”. 

The IWBI’s WELL Standard sets research-based design specifications for buildings that safeguard the health of their users. 

RISC’s work with IWBI contributes to MQDC projects like The Forestias. The green district at Bangna is designed and built in every aspect for well-being. 

RISC gained Thailand’s first WELL Building Standard certification and Southeast Asia’s first “Gold” for New & Existing Interiors.
