17 November 2020, Bangkok – MQDC will help Thailand mark New Year at a spectacular firework display at ICONSIAM, highlighting the country’s energy and creativity to the world as midnight travels west around the globe.

“Amazing Thailand Countdown 2021” on New Year’s Eve is a collaboration between the Tourism Authority of Thailand and ICONSIAM for a spectacular countdown across both sides of the Chao Phraya River, involving partners from both the public and private sectors, including riverside communities and entrepreneurs.

Celebrating the resilient spirit of Thailand and its people, who withstand every crisis, the display will feature over 20,000 fireworks along 1,400 meters on the Chao Phraya River, viewable from 5km across Bangkok.

“Amazing Thailand Countdown 2021” at River Park ICONSIAM will be a global countdown to highlight the river as a top tourist destination in Thailand and around the world.

MQDC is a joint venture partner in ICONSIAM and its 2 glittering skyscraper condominiums: Magnolias Waterfront Residences and The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok.
