22 June 2021, Bangkok – The Forestias by MQDC has registered over 7 billion baht in new home sales in the last 3 months, pushing total deposited project sales to over 13 billion baht.
The Forestias is a 398-rai (64-hectare) community with multiple residential, parkland, community, and commercial components in the booming Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) on Bangna-Trad road KM7. It is also Thailand’s largest private sector property development project.
Mr. Kittiphun Ouiyamaphun, Project Director – The Forestias, MQDC, said that in the last 3 months, more people have bought homes at The Forestias than in the 3 years since the project was announced as a town where everything is designed, from the ground up, for healthier and happier living.
“Heightened health consciousness created by COVID-19, as well as an increased sense of family bonding from lifestyle changes in the pandemic, has made our offer of a community that is close to nature and which allows multiple generations to live within easy reach of each other extremely relevant,” he said.
The recent opening of the Foster + Partners-designed Forest Pavilion with 11 sample units from 3 residential components has also attracted homebuyers to “see the quality of design and specifications of the various types of home”.
The Forestias has 7 residential components with homes from about 5 million baht to 250 million baht. The different brands meet different lifestyle needs but all closely integrate nature and offer superlative design and build.
Residential projects within The Forestias include Mulberry Grove Condominiums and Villas, top sellers with 6.3 billion baht, and Whizdom condominiums, with 3 billion baht in sales.
Mulberry Grove Villas suit extended-families with multiple villas of different sizes linked by walkways, so different generations can be close while still having the privacy of their own home and compound. Ten cluster villas have already been sold.
Combined sales of the project’s residential components now exceed 30% of available residences. Preferential early-booking prices and privileges end on Sunday 11 July.
The Forestias is scheduled to have all its components completed in 2023.
