June 2024, Bangkok – MQDC is leasing for development a 2.4-acre plot in Ratchadamri for 60 years from Vajiravudh College.

Mr. Visit Malaisirirat, Business Group Chairman - Property Business of MQDC, signed an agreement for the plot on Soi Mahatlek Luang 1 with Headmaster Mr. Kiattikhun Chartprasert.

Mr. Suttha Ruengchaiphaiboon, CEO of MQDC, attended the signing ceremony with Mr. Michael Glancy, Management Director and Country Head of Jones Lang LaSalle Thailand, and Mr. Roongrote Chongsujipan, a President of MQDC.
