Taiwanese Investors Visit The Forestias

Investors from Taiwan toured MQDC projects on 1-2 November amid the country’s rising interest in Bangkok property.

Investors from Taiwan toured MQDC projects on 1-2 November amid the country’s rising interest in Bangkok property. 

MQDC’s International Market Development (IMD) team led by Vice President Ms. Wilawan Brenig welcomed 24 investors brought by Master Real Estate.  

The investors viewed The Forestias, MQDC’s flagship 64-hectare forest district, as well as The Strand, Whizdom Craftz Samyan, and True Digital Park. 

The visit follows MQDC’s successful property showcase in Taipei on 21-24 September.  

Taiwanese investors are drawn to MQDC’s projects by its unique 30-year warranty and the superior rental yields and capital appreciation from their outstanding locations and mixed-use elements.  

MQDC has also recently held events in Hong Kong and Singapore to connect with investors. The company will showcase its projects in Delhi in November.
