“The Forestias” Debuts “Happitat” at Immersive Event
10-11 June 2023, Bangkok – MQDC presented progress on The Forestias at “The Forestias Story & Beyond: The Immersive Experience of Imagine Happiness” at Royal Paragon Hall in Siam Paragon.
The Forestias is MQDC’s flagship forest district across 64 hectares at Bangna in Bangkok.
The sustainable neighborhood is designed in every aspect for health and happiness. Homes are set in nature with leisure, retail, workspaces, and healthcare, all linked by green transport.
The immersive event shared updates on residences for all generations at The Forestias and unveiled its “Happitat” zone.
Habbitat will be a “magical theme destination” across 211,200 sqm, including an Event Hall across 4,000 sqm and a 10-storey office building. An “immersive physical experience” will unite the real and virtual worlds.
The event also presented “The Forestias Mettaverse”, which will boost well-being for residents of The Forestias with a twin virtual district.
The Forestias will have its initial opening next year, bringing the world a thrilling new concept in urban living.
