The Estate Meets Thai Expats in London
15 May 2023, London – The Estate, MQDC’s property consultancy unit, met with 65 UK-based Thai expats at Royal Lancaster Hotel.
The joint event celebrated The Estate’s partnership with KogoPAY, a fintech company, to help expats buy homes in Thailand.
Eighteen guests signed to buy residences at MQDC’s Whizdom COEX Pinklao, a mixed-use development at the Bangkok district’s MRT station.
Dr. Natenapis Sookbang-Naidoo, President of The Estate (Thailand), said: “Property in Thailand appeals to expats amid financial volatility in Europe. Through our partnership with KogoPAY, Thai expats will enjoy alternative overseas transfer or payment channels.”
KogoPAY is an MQDC payment partner to help Thai expats connect to their home country through permanent settlement or property interests.
Customers, investors, and purchasers can pay booking fees and make other payments through KogoPAY’s app.
