MQDC to Launch “The Forestias Live Stream”

March 2021, Bangkok – MQDC and SCG Distribution held a signing ceremony for a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to create “The Forestias Live Stream”.

Opening a new dimension in real estate, the channel will bring The Forestias, Thailand’s largest property project, directly to customers.

The Forestias is the world’s first town designed in every aspect for health and happiness. The forested district across 64 hectares at Bangna will integrate leisure, culture, retail, sport, and healthcare in a sustainable neighborhood with green transport and thriving natural ecosystems.

This collaboration draws on each organization’s strengths, uniting MQDC as a leader in real estate with SCG Distribution as an expert in building materials and advertising. The Live Stream will present The Forestias to high-potential customers among other benefits.

SCG Home uses Live Stream to communicate live to a network of over 4,500 partners. The channel has already generated over THB1.1 billion in orders.

The MoU was signed for MQDC by Mr. Keerin Chutumstid, President of MQDC’s Property and Service Business Group, and Mr. Kittiphun Ouiyamaphun, Senior Vice President of The Forestias.

Mr. Bunn Kasemsup, Head of SCG Home – Retail and Distribution Business, and Mr. Chutinan Sirivasuvat, Deputy B2B Business Director signed for SCG Distribution.
