Cloud 11 Gets Set to Open by Year-End
24 April 2025, Bangkok – Cloud 11, the upcoming creator hub on Sukhumvit, has now completed 80% of its construction for welcoming the public in late 2025.
The new creative destination by MQDC spans 27 rai (10.7 acres) between Punnawithi and Udomsuk.
Attractions will include theCOMMONS Cloud 11 and Bangkok’s largest sky park, as well as shops, offices, and media production studios.
Cloud 11 is also investing a further 3 billion baht, bringing the total to 43 billion.
Mr. Onza Janyaprasert, Project Director, said: “Two billion baht will go to creative facilities and 1 billion baht to develop South Sukhumvit as a new creative and innovation district."
Mr. Paul Sirisant, Managing Director, said: "State-of-the-art creative facilities will cater to every stage of the creative process, from upstream to downstream, making Cloud 11 the ultimate empowering hub for creators."
Cloud 11 has completed its structural engineering and is now advancing with interior fit-out. Retail space will transfer to tenants from June for interior decoration.
