1 March 2022, Bangkok – MQDC is pleased to announce that Ms. “Book” Nannapat Monthonpalin is now Vice President of the Aftersales & Transfer Assistance Unit.
In her new role she will ensure customers receive the most prompt, courteous, and effective service from the moment they decide to purchase through to taking ownership and enjoying their new lifestyle to the full.
Ms. Monthonpalin brings more than 10 years of leadership in customer services and handover, including several prominent projects. She has served as Assistant Vice President at MQDC since 2018, reporting to Ms. “Halomi” Khaliun Sukhbaatar, who is now relocating.

Ms. Monthonpalin has held executive roles in customer relations since 2008. She holds a master’s degree in International Hospitality Management at Leeds Metropolitan University in the UK. She majored in public relations in her bachelor’s degree at Bangkok University.
