MQDC Accelerates the Delivery of "Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit" Project Worth More Than THB 6.5 Billion

23 June 2026, Bangkok – Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC) is accelerating the completion and handover of Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit, its 6.5 billion baht super luxury condominium development on Sukhumvit Road. The project has secured approximately 2.8 billion baht in project financing from Siam Commercial Bank (SCB), supporting its final construction phase and planned ownership transfers in the first quarter of 2027.

Mr. Assada Kaeokhiao, Chief Operating Officer of MQDC, said that construction progress at Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit has surpassed 80%, with all structural works completed. The project is currently undergoing architectural finishing, building systems installation, and interior fit-out works in preparation for transfer to homeowners as scheduled. The handovers are expected to enable the company to begin revenue recognition in the first quarter of 2027.

Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit is a 37-storey high-rise super luxury condominium comprising 287 residences, with a total project value exceeding 6.5 billion baht. Located on Sukhumvit Road, the development enjoys excellent connectivity and access to urban amenities, situated approximately 250 meters from BTS Ekkamai Station.

The project is developed under the concept of “Nurturing Multi-Generational Living,” designed to support harmonious living across generations through thoughtfully planned residences, facilities, services, and technologies that enrich the lives of all generations.

Among its key features are a 30-year warranty, health and lifestyle services for residents, advanced indoor air quality management systems, enhanced safety technologies, and flexible residence configurations that allow adjoining units to be connected, accommodating larger families with greater convenience and adaptability.

“The project financing facility of more than 2.8 billion baht provided by Siam Commercial Bank reflects strong confidence in the project's potential, including its prime location, development quality, and Multi-Generational Living concept, which is designed to support the evolving needs of families across generations,” Mr. Assada said.
