MQDC Accelerates 3-Year Business Plan to Drive Higher Revenue from Completed Projects

8 July 2026, Bangkok – Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC) is stepping up its 3-year business plan by accelerating project completions and handovers to drive higher revenue, while expanding commercial asset management and project development services to strengthen recurring income.

Mr. Visit Malaisirirat, Co-Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of MQDC, said the company remains firmly on track with its 3-year business strategy, focusing on delivering tangible revenue growth by completing projects as planned while maintaining the flexibility to respond to evolving customer preferences and changing market conditions.

MQDC currently has several completed residential projects ready for occupancy, including Whizdom The Forestias (Destinia, Mytopia and Petopia) and The Aspen Tree The Forestias. Meanwhile, the company is advancing the final phase of construction on key developments to facilitate timely handovers. Mulberry Grove The Forestias, with a combined development value of approximately 20 billion baht across its villas and condominiums, is progressing as planned. The condominium component is expected to be completed and ready for transfer within 2026. Construction of Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit, valued at more than 6.5 billion baht, is also moving forward, with completion and handover scheduled for 2027.

MQDC is also preparing for the official opening of Cloud 11 on 16 July. Valued at 43 billion baht, the mixed-use development is positioned as Thailand's new creative landmark and a regional hub for the creative industries. The project is expected to contribute progressively to the company's revenue in line with its business plan.
Beyond residential development, MQDC continues to strengthen recurring income through asset management and premium property services. The company is expanding its commercial portfolio across retail, office, hotel and serviced apartment businesses while further developing its capabilities in urban development consultancy and large-scale project management, creating sustainable long-term revenue streams.

"Our urban development consultancy business continues to perform well, and demand for our project development services remains strong. Even amid economic uncertainty, MQDC remains committed to creating long-term value through sustainable development. We are not simply building real estate, we are creating integrated ecosystems where people can live, work and thrive. We believe this long-term approach continues to earn the trust of our customers, investors and leading financial institutions," Mr. Visit said.
"The steady progress of our projects reflects MQDC's capability to deliver large-scale developments and demonstrates that we remain firmly on course with our growth strategy despite economic uncertainty. We believe that investing in high-quality assets, delivering differentiated customer experiences and maintaining our commitment to sustainable development will continue to generate lasting value and sustainable returns for all stakeholders," Mr. Visit concluded.
