MQDC and Thai Longstay Management Offer Long-Stay Privileges for Foreign Customers
30 June 2026, Bangkok – MQDC has announced a partnership with Thai Longstay Management Co., Ltd. (TLM) to provide long-stay services and privileges for foreign customers purchasing MQDC residences valued at 3 million baht or more. The collaboration aims to enhance the residential living experience in Thailand to international standards.
Mr. Suttha Ruengchaiphaiboon, Chief Executive Officer of MQDC, said that the partnership is designed to support foreign customers interested in purchasing homes under MQDC brands by enabling them to stay in Thailand conveniently and in full compliance with legal requirements. MQDC has partnered with TLM, a specialist in long-stay visa application services, to facilitate this process.
Under the partnership, MQDC will provide eligible foreign customers with complimentary TLM membership registration and visa application fees for the first year, valued at 31,000 baht. The privilege is available to foreign buyers who transfer ownership of any MQDC residence valued at 3 million baht or more from today onward, with one privilege granted per residential unit.

(TLM), said that TLM is committed to delivering quality services and premium experiences to MQDC residents through jointly developed privileges, including up to 20 years of continuous TLM membership to support and facilitate long-term stays in Thailand.
