The Forestias Open House 2026 Showcases “A Day at The Forestias”

29 October – 1 November 2026, Bangkok – The Forestias hosted The Forestias Open House 2026, marking a major milestone in transforming its master plan into a living destination. The event demonstrated how forests, biodiversity, luxury residences, and well-being spaces come together as an integrated ecosystem, bringing the vision of “A Complete Ecosystem for Wellgevity Habitat” to life.

Mr. Kittiphun Ouiyamaphun, Project Director of The Forestias, explained that the project was inspired by a question posed by MQDC Founder, Mrs. Thippaporn Ahriyavraromp: “What is true happiness?” This led to a vision of sustainable happiness that benefits not only individuals’ physical and mental well-being, but also the people around them and the environment. This vision is reflected in the concept of “Wellgevity Habitat,” which brings together Well-Being, Longevity, and Habitat, with biodiversity serving as the foundation of the project. From research and planning to implementation and management, every aspect is designed to balance business, health, and the environment.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Singh Intrachooto, Advisor on Sustainability Innovation, MQDC, added that The Forestias supports several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including biodiversity (SDG 15), energy and climate action (SDGs 7 and 13), water and waste management (SDGs 6 and 12), and health and sustainable communities (SDGs 3 and 11). The project goes beyond creating green spaces by restoring ecosystems and natural habitats, encouraging diverse species to return and thrive. The discovery of more than 700 species is a testament to how people and nature can grow together sustainably through thoughtful design and management.

The Forestias Open House 2026 welcomed media, influencers, and prospective customers to experience “A Day at The Forestias” through a range of activities, including exploring the 30-rai forest, taking in the views from the Canopy Walk, touring completed residences ready for occupancy, and enjoying well-being activities. Guests also enjoyed special Halloween-themed activities.
