Cloud 11 Appoints Creative Pioneer as CEO
20 May 2025, Bangkok – Cloud 11 has appointed Mr. Paul "Paulie" Sirisant, a leader in Thailand’s creative industries, as CEO to help lead its completion this year as Southeast Asia's top hub for art, music, film, animation, and more.
Mr. Sirisant's background includes launching movie companies and running record labels.
The upcoming complex on Sukhumvit near BTS Udomsuk and Punnawithi will combine malls, offices, studios, hotels, academies, and the city’s largest skypark across 10.7 acres.
"This will be Thailand’s and ASEAN’s finest creator hub," said Mr. Sirisant.
"We're building a complete creative ecosystem with partners from around the world to put Thailand’s creative industry on the world stage."
Mr. Sirisant was an executive at Universal Music Group (UMG) and the founder of Def Jam Thailand before joining Cloud 11.
He will work with Project Director Mr. Onza Janyaprasert and tenants including theCOMMONS community mall, Yotel smart hotel, and 1500 Sound Academy talent school.
Cloud 11's structure is complete and interior fit-out is now underway for its launch by year-end.
