MQDC’s 30-Year Warranty Keeps Residents Worry-Free
22 August 2024, Bangkok – MQDC has revealed how its “30-Year Warranty” keeps its residents free from worries.
Mr. Suttha Ruengchaiphaiboon, CEO of MQDC, said the warranty is a strong point for MQDC.
“MQDC started offering its 30-year warranty 16 years ago,” he said.
“Residents at all our projects have been satisfied with the services of our Premium Care expert team.”
The warranty covers 4 key areas: building structure, roofs, doors & windows, pipes & wiring.
Building structure such as columns and beams mustn’t crack or warp. Exteriors must keep out the rain.
Doors and windows must open and close correctly. Waterpipes and wiring must stay free from faults such as blockages or short circuits.
