MQDC Supports Sustainable Wood
31 January 2025, Bangkok – MQDC was represented by Chief Innovation Officer Assoc. Prof. Dr. Singh Intrachooto at the signing of a 3-year memorandum of understanding (MoU) to create a network for sustainable wood and wood products in Thailand.
The MoU, signed at Centara Grand, gathers government agencies, businesses, associations, local communities, and research agencies.
Through its Research & Innovation for Sustainability Center (RISC), MQDC will help research and develop wood products and introduce new technologies.
MQDC will also provide information on market demand, conditions, prices, and sustainable use of wood and wood products.
RISC is an MQDC research unit to find, develop, and share new ways to design and build for human and environmental well-being.
