10 April 2025, Bangkok - Unisus Green Energy, Thailand's first specialist in private district utilities, launched Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS) as its latest innovation at NOVA Expo 2025.
Unisus Green Energy is a joint venture by MQDC with EEC Engineering Network and B.Grimm to revolutionize real estate through district utility systems.
The new high-tech solution offers eco-friendly cooling based on chilled water without upfront investment.
CaaS can reduce costs for medium and large real estate projects with cooling requirements over 3,000 RT.
NOVA Expo 2025 on 12-14 March at BITEC attracted 7,000 visitors, 32 organizations, 41 sponsors, and 98 exhibitors to share sustainable innovations and boost the green economy.
