MQDC Unveils 3-Year Business Plan, Accelerating Sales and Property Transfers Expands Revenue from Large-Scale Projects and City Development in Domestic and International Markets

12 January 2026, Bangkok – MQDC Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited  announced its three-year business plan, with a strategic focus on completing projects currently under development, accelerating revenue recognition from sales and property transfers, and expanding income streams through large-scale project development and city development initiatives in Thailand and overseas. The plan builds on MQDC’s core strengths in large-scale development and its deep expertise in creating developments that enhance well-being through sustainability, biodiversity, and longevity living for people of all generations.

Mr. Visit Malaisirirat, Co-Chairman and Co-CEO of MQDC, said “Over the next 3 years the company will prioritize tangible revenue growth by completing projects in line with its development roadmap. Several projects have secured project finance support from leading financial institutions, including residential developments within The Forestias, supported by Siam Commercial Bank, and Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit, which is progressing toward completion. In addition, Cloud 11, a new creative industry hub, has received financing from Bangkok Bank. MQDC expects to begin recognizing revenue from completed projects in 2026.

For projects already launched and well received by both domestic and international customers, such as Whizdom Craft Samyan, which is supported by TISCO Bank, MQDC will continue development as planned throughout 2026.

In parallel, MQDC is expanding its revenue base through consultancy and advisory services, leveraging its expertise in large-scale developments and city development projects in both Thailand and overseas markets. The company has already commenced work on such projects, with a continued emphasis on sustainability, biodiversity, and longevity living.”

MQDC also places strong emphasis on advancing its longevity living strategy, building on its successful experience in senior property developments and specialized brain health clinics. The company plans to adapt global health research and innovations to suit the Thai context, integrating both lifespan and healthspan enhancement.

MQDC has collaborated with Baycrest, a world-leading center for senior care and brain health innovation with more than 105 years of experience in Canada, in developing The Aspen Tree. The project integrates residential living with a Health & Brain Center, geriatric medicine clinics, rehabilitation services, and long-term care facilities for seniors requiring close attention. The knowledge and experience gained will be further extended to support longevity living across all generations.

In addition, MQDC’s hotel, serviced apartment, and rental businesses remain key drivers of recurring income. The company continues to focus on high-quality asset management and service excellence to meet the needs of diverse customer segments.

Mr. Visit concluded, “With this 3-year business plan, MQDC continues to strengthen its core real estate development business while expanding into city development and large-scale project consultancy. We believe that our strategy will achieve its objectives over the next one to three years, in light of prevailing economic and social conditions, and will continue to build confidence among our customers and investors.”
