Robot Helpers Start Work at Whizdom Station Ratchada-Thapra
1 March 2022, Bangkok – Whizdom Station Ratchada-Thapra’s residents will enjoy extra safety and support from 2 “SR1” robots who are joining the condominium’s security team.
SR1 uses AI to detect anomalies and assess situations. You can press a button on the robot to access help by directly contacting a control room.
MQDC aims to develop its security technology, implementing the SR1 across all its projects for the security and peace of mind of residents.
The robot guards have been developed by Obodroid, an MQDC joint venture dedicated to developing robots to enhance all aspects of life.
Obodroid’s experts helped in the COVID-19 outbreak by providing the Pinto, delivery robot and Kaitomm Hospital app to help frontline medical staff.
The SR1s were presented to the building’s manager and officers by Obodroid representatives and Mr. Rung Chaloeitrai, Senior HSE Officer, Central Security at MQDC.
Whizdom Station Ratchada-Thapra is a 37-storey condominium by BTS Talat Phlu with a focus on comfort and convenience under MQDC’s core principle of “For All Well-Being”.
