Cloud 11 Now 80% Complete for Opening by Year-End

Cloud 11 has raised its project value by 3 billion baht up to 43 billion, investing further in studio space and creative facilities. 

 

The creative destination aims to raise the global profile of the country's creative industry. Its attractions will include theCOMMONS and the smart hotel chain YOTEL's first property in Thailand. 

 

Korean giants SM Entertainment and CJ ENM will have offices. Global partners include 1500 Sound Academy, with its first music and artist development school in Thailand. 

 

Mr. Onza Janyaprasert, Project Director of Cloud 11, said, "We have injected 3 billion baht more into Cloud 11, raising its value from 40 billion to 43 billion baht, in response to the upward trend of the creative industry in Asia, including Thailand. "

 

"With the additional investment, 2 billion baht will go to the development of Creative Facilities while the remaining 1 billion baht will be spent on the development of South Sukhumvit as a new creative & innovation district. Cloud 11 has received long-term project financing from Bangkok Bank." 

 

Mr. Paul Sirisant, Managing Director of Cloud 11, said: "Cloud 11 is dedicated to building Thailand’s most comprehensive Creative Ecosystem, where creators and industry professionals can create, collaborate, and elevate their ideas through state-of-the-art Creative Facilities that cater to every stage of the creative process."

Cloud 11 has completed its structural engineering and is now advancing with interior fit-out. With overall progress reaching 80%, the handover of retail space to tenants will begin in June for interior decoration. The complex is on track for completion by late 2025 for full operation by year-end.
