Launch of The Aspen Tree The Forestias – A Complete Holistic Health & Wellness Community
1 October 2025, Bangkok - MQDC has officially launched The Aspen Tree The Forestias, a residential community surrounded by nature that provides complete health and wellness services for independent living. The project offers three integrated components: Residences, Wellness Clubhouse, Health & Brain Center.
The launch event was honored by the presence of Mrs. Thippaporn Ahriyavraromp, Founder of MQDC; Dr. William E. Reichman, CEO and President of Baycrest; Dr. Urairat Siriwatvejakul, Medical Director of The Aspen Tree; and Ms. Nobklao Trakoolpan, Executive Director of The Aspen Tree who shared insights on inspiration, preventive healthcare, holistic well-being, and the project's unique services.
Distinguished guests also included Dr. Nathawat Ahriyavraromp, CEO and Founder of T&B Media Global (Thailand); Mr. Visit Malaisirirat, Business Group Chairman - Property Business of MQDC; Mr. Suttha Ruengchaiphaiboon, CEO of MQDC; Dr. Vithaya Sintharapantorn, Senior Vice President of International and Partnership of MQDC as well as members of the media who joined the event at The Aspen Tree The Forestias.
The Aspen Tree is a "Holistic Health Care Community for Lifelong Well-Being", purposefully designed as a holistic environment for independent living. Situated within The Forestias, a multi-generational neighborhood offering diverse housing options—The Aspen Tree nurtures meaningful connections across generations.
